Women Emerge® LLC reserves the right to approve, decline, reschedule, or cancel bookings when necessary. Service availability, pricing, format, and delivery method may vary depending on the nature of the service requested.

5. Products and Purchases

The ARISE Method™ is a proprietary framework developed by Dr. Donna Rixey and Women Emerge® LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, adaptation, facilitation, training, distribution, or commercial use of The ARISE Method™ materials, language, structure, or framework is prohibited without written permission.
Participation in a program, training, workshop, or event does not grant ownership rights, facilitator rights, licensing rights, or permission to teach, reproduce, or distribute The ARISE Method™ unless expressly agreed to in writing.
10. User Submissions and Communications
When you submit information through the website, forms, email, text message, booking system, registration form, or other communication method, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

By purchasing a product, booking a service, or registering for an event through Women Emerge® LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Women Emerge® LLC may offer physical products, including but not limited to books, devotionals, journals, empowerment cards, apparel, merchandise, and related resources.
Because many of our products are limited inventory, custom-branded, print-on-demand, event-related, or prepared specifically for fulfillment, all product sales are generally considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Returns and Exchanges

4. Refunds

Women Emerge® LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, shipping carriers, or third-party platforms.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Women Emerge® LLC as soon as possible.
Order cancellation requests may be approved only if the order has not yet been processed, packaged, shipped, fulfilled, or submitted for production.
Orders that have already been processed, shipped, fulfilled, or sent to a print-on-demand provider cannot be canceled.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Women Emerge® LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Women Emerge® LLC may assist with available tracking information when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related delivery issues.
8. Services, Consultations, and Bookings
Women Emerge® LLC may offer discovery calls, consultations, coaching-style sessions, trainings, workshops, speaking engagements, and other professional services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment or consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for refund, depending on the type of service booked.
No-shows may be considered non-refundable.
Women Emerge® LLC reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or decline bookings when necessary. If Women Emerge® LLC cancels a paid appointment or service, you may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund, depending on the circumstances.
9. Workshops, Events, Trainings and Programs
Registration fees for workshops, events, trainings, empowerment programs, and group experiences may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact Women Emerge® LLC to ask whether your registration can be transferred, credited, or applied to a future offering. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on the nature of the event, timing, materials, venue commitments, and other costs already incurred.
Women Emerge® LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events, trainings, workshops, or programs. If an event is canceled by Women Emerge® LLC, registrants may be offered a refund, credit, or transfer option.
10. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Digital products, downloadable resources, worksheets, guides, templates, recordings, and similar materials are final sale and non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Direct fulfillment products are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or days when Women Emerge® LLC is closed or unavailable due to events, travel, or scheduled programming.
3. Print-on-Demand and Third-Party Fulfillment
Some products, including apparel, mugs, tote bags, merchandise, or other branded items, may be fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers or fulfillment partners.
Print-on-demand items are made after the order is placed. Because these items are produced specifically for each customer, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the provider, product type, production schedule, and carrier timelines.
Women Emerge® LLC does not control production times, shipping carrier delays, or fulfillment delays caused by third-party providers.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes depend on the shipping method selected, carrier availability, destination, fulfillment provider, and product type.
Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, high order volume, production delays, or circumstances beyond the control of Women Emerge® LLC.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided at the time of purchase, depending on the product and fulfillment method.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error made by Women Emerge® LLC.

Orders placed through third-party platforms are subject to that platform’s shipping, delivery, fulfillment, refund, and customer service policies. Women Emerge® LLC does not control shipping, fulfillment, or delivery for orders placed outside the Women Emerge® LLC website.

If digital products, downloads, recordings, templates, guides, worksheets, or online resources are offered, delivery may occur by email, download link, online access, or another digital method.
Digital products are not physically shipped.
